This rare original copper engraving CARTE DE TAILLEE map from 1782 documents the route from le Meandre to the Gulf of Adramytti, drawn and illustrated by Marie-Gabriel-Florent-Auguste Comte de Choiseul-Gouffier for his Voyage Pittoresque de la Grèce, which was first published in 1782 and re-edited in 1809, 1822, and 1842. A must-have for historical cartographers. In good condition.
